Dr. Dilara K. Üsküp is a visionary, innovative and transformative leader. As a dual PhD and professor at two leading medical schools who has public and private consulting experience, she has leveraged her background in health technology, implementation science, public policy, and disease prevention to increase health equity, outcomes, and efficiency through HEAL Technology. Dr. Üsküp was inspired to create this digital health navigator platform based on her lived experience helping her parents navigate cancer treatment and her own experience with post-partum preeclampsia. 

Dr. Joshua Miller is an accomplished and impact-driven leader with 10+ years of experience applying rigorous, empirically driven research and analysis for government officials and lawmakers and advocating for public health, consumer protection, education, food insecurity, and diversity and inclusion issues.
